It all started in 2006, when Michael J. Karvakko created Karvakko Engineering, a civil engineering firm focusing on municipal and aviation services, in Bemidji, MN. Since then, our hands-on approach and commitment to our clients’ success have allowed us to expand.

During the last few years, we concentrated our growth throughout the upper Midwest and quickly broadened our reach.
